The project consists of demolishing the damaged portions of the existing culvert headwall at Marion Road and Campbell Road and constructing a new cast-in-place concrete headwall and backing wall tied into the existing structure, including excavation, surface preparation, installation of reinforcing and stainless steel anchor bolts, concrete placement, and site restoration.

The work also includes removing and reinstating precast barriers, preparing existing concrete surfaces, managing traffic and environmental protection measures, and completing all associated excavation, backfill, and cleanup required to restore the site after construction.
