The work consisted of building a new asphalt multi-use path along Marine Drive, including realigning and replacing curb and gutter and related concrete tie-ins, relocating/installing catch basins and new leads for drainage, installing cyclist fencing, completing any required asphalt tie-ins, restoring disturbed boulevards (topsoil/hydroseed), and finishing with pavement markings and signage, all supported by traffic management, utility coordination, and required permits.
