The Upper Highlands Culvert Rehabilitation Project in North Vancouver involved culvert rehabilitation at two sites. Scope included creek bypass and erosion control measures, removal and disposal of existing concrete and wood stave culverts, and installation of 22m of 1050mm concrete culvert pipe. Key work includes the installation of lock block headwalls, a cast-in-place culvert inlet manhole structure with a plastic manhole pipe, and handrail installation, all aimed at improving infrastructure and ensuring long-term functionality.
