The project involved the full scope of work including the supply of materials, coordination of trades, and execution of all site and building works across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Work spanned several disciplines, including civil infrastructure such as grading, service connections, and surface works; structural components like concrete footings, foundation walls, and framing; as well as mechanical and electrical systems installation covering plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical service connections. Located adjacent to key community features such as the recreation centre, splash park, and tennis courts, this new facility enhances the usability and accessibility of one of Langley’s most active public spaces. By delivering a durable, functional, and aesthetically integrated public amenity, the project significantly contributes to the City’s ongoing efforts to improve community infrastructure and support public engagement in outdoor recreation.
